Marshrutka (minibus) routes, departure points and fares in Armenia change and vary by operator — the details below come from multiple independent traveler reports, not one official timetable. Confirm the current route and price with the driver or at the station before you go.

🏛 Garni Temple + Geghard Monastery

Marshrutka (minibus) 266 or 284 from Gai "Mercedes" bus station to Garni village — about 250 AMD, ~1 hour. Some travelers report the bus continuing to Geghard; others say it stops several km short, needing a taxi or short hitch for the last stretch — ask the driver.
A Yandex Go round trip covering both sites with waiting time has been reported around 3,000–5,000 AMD — treat as a rough guide, not a fixed fare, and check the app's own estimate before booking.
Garni Temple entrance: 1,500 AMD for foreigners, 750 AMD for Armenian citizens.
Geghard Monastery: free — it's an active monastery, donations welcome.
Garni Ishkhananoc, a garden restaurant near the temple known for trout, reportedly at St. Gevorga Marzpetuni 8, Garni.

🏞 Lake Sevan + Dilijan

Marshrutka to Sevan, roughly 700–800 AMD and 50 min–1.5 hours — reported departure points vary (near Yeritasardakan Metro on one hand, Kilikia bus station on the other), so confirm locally which one your route uses.
A seasonal passenger train to Sevan also runs (Friday–Sunday in recent years) — schedule and fare change year to year, so check current details before planning around it rather than relying on last year's numbers.
Sevan to Dilijan is about another 40 minutes by marshrutka or train.
Doing both Sevan and Dilijan in one day is commonly described as rushed for independent travelers without a private car — consider picking one, or budgeting a full, unhurried day.

Marshrutka from Kilikia bus station, roughly 250–500 AMD, every 10–30 minutes, about 30–40 minutes each way. Pay the driver on board, no ticket needed in advance.
Close enough that this comfortably works as an easy half-day trip, unlike the Sevan+Dilijan combination.
