All of these are free and work 24/7 from any mobile or landline, no area code needed. 911 is the easiest single number to remember if you're not sure which service you need.

English-language support at these numbers isn't officially guaranteed. If you can, have an Armenian speaker (hotel staff, a local you're with) call on your behalf for anything serious. There's no dedicated tourist police line — regular police patrol central Kentron on foot, and hotel/hostel staff are usually the fastest path to help for a tourist.
